USA help please!

i got a couple of questions and i was wondering if anyone could help me.
i dont know really whats wrong, i drive a 94 tercel dx sedan (4door) and sometimes my rear suspension squeaks, like when either i sit in the drivers side, or theres more people in the car. it only happens sometimes but not all ways. like when i push on my car hard it squeaks and then when i let go, it squeaks. not sure if this is normal for a 12 year old car or theres anything broken, in my case there seem to be nothing broken that i know of. it only happens on the rear drivers side. i dont really know a lot of tercels only that its slow at take off and only has 82 hp and 80 something trqe.

another questions is that i had paint peeling or flaking off of the bumper and i sanded but its all rough and bumpy. i used 100bit sand paper, and then i had primer it. i was wondering how i could make it smooth again like originally it was before. i was told to use 500 sand paper, then 800, then 1000 to make it smooth. after it gets smooth should i just primer it again with 49 flat grey, or just paint it the original color? and when do i use clear coat?

second question is im not sure what color my car is like the name of the color. the color is like a sky blue, light blue, baby blue not quit sure. does anyone know for sure?

my third question is i was wondering if i should put more money in my car, like is it worth it at the end? i have done nothing really to my car, only put on euro xenon hid lights and thats about it. i was wondering if i should get a weapons r cai but was not sure if it would fit. i heard many people just bought 2" pippins and took some rubber connectors and got one of those intake filters. is that better doing your own custom intake? which one would be better, getting a cold air intake or short ram intake?

it said it only fits efi Carbureter engine and the 91-94 is 3e-e, was wondering if efi and the 3ee was the same b/c it looks like the same.

thank you to the people on this forum who took there time to read my post.

1. sounds like you might need new struts, although my friends 98 cavalier does this and we still dont know why

1a. you should have sanded to at least 800 grit when doin body work then apply primer, base(body colour), and then clearcoat

2. im not too sure but it should say on the door jam or in the owners manual

3. its totally up to you. i am and goin to be putting money into my car because i love it and plan to keep it tilll it dies and then rebuild it as a project. a cai is better thana short ram because the cai you are actually sucking in cooler air and not under the hood. unfortunatly there is no cai availible for our cars unless you make your own. the cosmo intake IMO would be better than a weapon r short ram but thats because weapon r makes so many things that are universal i would trust tehm but thats just me. and that cosmo racing intake will give you minimal gains. on teh auction it says efi(electronic fuel injection) which is all 91-94 models but i think they just put that on there just incase kind of thing. the 3e-e is efi engine and that will fit
if any body wants to correct me on anything feel free
