Check the kick-down (throttle valve) cable adjustment.
It could be an accumulator piston (1 to 2 shift) sticking or with a bad o'ring. Either way you need to go into the tranny to fix it unles ,,,,,,,,,,,
Try some "LUCAS" transmision tune-up and see if that helps, if not ............ rebuild.
My Camry used to do that. Transmission rebuild fixed it.
