Just boguht a 92 and i ahve a few questions

Hey hows it going

I have just bought a 92 Paseo for a winter/ daily driver sence my other is a show car. Anyways it has a few small probs, like the windshield washers don't work......not spray and the nozzles aren't plugged. Anyone know how to fix this and what parts are needed. My heater control is also stuck on HOT. I took the dash apart the other night and found the cable going from it was not attached to anything, it just went from under the glove box to over by the passenger side door with a metal loop on the end, where does that go?

Thanks

ok not sure on the washer pump but check to see if the motor is getting power, or if it is just unplugged. If it is the motor you can easily jump the wires from the batt if it is not getting power to the motor then check the fuses. If it is a bad pump auto zone aor advance or checker sell a replacement cheap. now the heater cable yous ay it is stuck on hot do you mean it won't turn to cold or even if you turn it to cold it stays hot. then the cable that you are talking about should go to a valve hoked into the heater hose coming from the engine compartment. the valve opens and closes the hot water it sounds like the cable came off when it was in the hot position. if you find the valve manualy try to turn the valve the other way if it does then all you have to do is hook up the cable again. if it won't turn then spray it with lubricant to try and lossen it up. if it won't move then you proabably have to replace the valve. Hopefully all you have to dois hook the valbve back up and it works.
