I need help - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Well i did my first toyota swap this weekend. went well execpt i can not figure out the dissy wireing. i have a 4 or 5efe with two wire on the car harness and the paseo dissy with a four wire plug what wires do i connect together and is there anything i should know that i might have missed on this swap.

What year is your Tercel? You swapped in a 4EFE from what car? Which ECU and harness are you using?

91 tercel and ecu with factory harness. changed throttle bodies so i had the right tps. and we changed all sensors so they would work with the factory harness. the distributor is out ot a 94 paseo so i have been told. doing this for a customer, he is not looking for anything except for a daily driver. i think it is a 4efe but he was told that is was a 5efe, so i really dont know. he has posted some pics on here trying to fugure out what to do as everyone he talked to about it would not do it as they did not know anything about it. he gose by the user name nic420. thanxs for any help

it has an auto matic tranny if that makes any differance
