1987 SW Tercel! Carberator Problem

Hey all! I hav a pretty old tercel, and I wanna get it through winter, so I was just cleaning the carberator out, Didn't take it out, just cleaned it up so it wont stick etc.. Now when I turn the car on it idles at like SO high, like red line. I dont know if this is the choke, or the idle. and Three are 3 screws that can be adjusted on the carberator. And im not sure which one is for which. Choke, idle, and leaning or enriching the gas? If its completely warm, it normally lowers down to about 800rpm. but Its not, What can i do to not have such a high choke, or whatever is being so high of an rpm when i turn the car on
Thanks for your help

My best suggestion is get yourself a manual for that car. Haynes has a reasonably priced manual, available at most auto parts stores for about $12-14, but I prefer the Toyota manual for about $75, from < Books4cars.com >

Modification: Changing something to what you thought it should have been from the start!
