It can be done however it'd be much easier to trade for one already manual. You'd need a shifter assembly, cables, clutch master, pedal for master, pedal for brake master, hydraulic line, slave cylinder, transmission, clutch kit, flywheel, numerous clips, brackets, bolts and washers plus a flywheel cover. I'm assuming the rear mount would bolt up as well as the transmission mount.

Now we have custom labor to consider. Like finding the spot and making the hole for the cluth master, drilling and mounting the nuts/bolts. Swapping the pedal out shouldn't be bad. Hoping those mounts fit though. Then you'll need to remove the current shifter assembly and run the new cables through the floor, I hope that hole is there already.

gts, toyota saved money by not making a second assemly line and made all tercels with the hole for the clutch and and manual tranny. you will need to cut the little piece at the clutch hole they left in to make it less visible, but it isnt to difficult. i have done this myself for several people. since its a hydra clutch you could theoriticaly mount the clutch any place. and running the lines isnt too difficult. the mounts are just as easy to replace, toyota saved money here as well, if you look you will see what i mean. gts does make a good point though on just gettin a new car off ebay. save the nuckles and dont leave oil stains on the drive way or in the garage. they are hard to remove.
