rim question

ok i got 16 " rims and i belive thare 7" wide if i put them on will i still b able to turn my car? lmfao i no ill lose some turning radius but thats given i just want to no if its possible before i buy rubbers for them? its a 92

Mine are 16x7 offset like 42, they scrub on a full turn and if hitting a good bump with rear seat passengers. Tire size 205/40-16.

i got a coilover kit from cosmoracing.com
and it fix the problem
but not easy to install alot of modifing they don't bolt right on
