There's another place in Canada (Sunrise JDM, I think) that has one for ~$1000 as well. ECU included.

I just have to get the time to really inspect the '88 Tercel to see if the body/undercarriage is in good enough shape to warrant something like this. Relatively lots of work to install the wiring harness/ECU.

Or maybe a 5E-FE from a Paseo with a Weber carb kit? (:
