Check compression (maybe the timing belt went on wrong, so the cam timing is off).
Check for spark on all 4 cylinders (maybe one plug or wire is bad, so unburned gas and low power).

Edit: before you do that, just check you have the plug wires on the disty in the correct order (so easy to get them on wrong) because that would give you unburned gas and low power.

Hmm, let's start with checking vacuum if you have a means to do so.
I'm not great at diagnosing run problems yet on fuel injected vehicles but I'm thinking you may be able to unplug the injectors one by one while running to make sure each kills a cylinder. If one is leaking it'll probably still fire with it's injector unplugged.

i did the harness.. and i found new information that can help..I've got 150pounds of pressure in cylinders 2 3 and 4 but the first cylinder has trouble getting to 125pounds.. when i'm playing with the connector on the 2nd cylinder it makes a different sound.
And finally my motor oil...I have lot more than full on the dip stick..it smells like gaz and it's liquid and black.. What do you think it can be? head gasket..valve..
I order the gasket kit from ebay but i think it wasn't excactly for my motor.. Do you think a paseo head gasket is the same...? thanks for helping me..really appreciated..

I've seen GT_REVVA say there's a common wiring mistake that makes them dump fuel and even bog out at 4,000 rpm. Does this sound familiar? He also mention fuel washing out the rings and harming the engine so I wouldn't be running it much till sorted.

I'm not sure right off, but in the DIY stickie I have a link to the diagram I made when making my harness. You may be able to use it to trace yours. Or try calling Trevor at BYP. He's very helpful.
