The OBX header is a mass produced piece that is just to make quick money. I bought one and it looked nice from far but was far from good. The welds were crappy and did not look like they would hold up. I ended up using the headers to prototype a pair. As soon as I know they are worthy, I will offer them to others. Til then I would pass. They are a waste of money. Believe it or not the Pacesetters are accually better quaility, however, their welds are not the best either. Looks like the guy who welded them was eating a PB & J sandwich at the same time. Well these are just my opinions, so best of luck and GOD Bless!!

There are a few people on TercelOnline with the OBX header, and they had to alter them...

I have an OBX air filter on my car, if the quality of it speaks for their other products I'd look elsewhere.

For the Hotshot headers you will have to get lucky. As far as I know, they have been discontinued but do not take my word for it call them and ask. Everyone I know that has a Hotshot header is very happy with its performance. They are one of the best.

I know sites where to get them but they're not cheap.

Yeah the Hotshot headers will run you about $400. But when you think about all the other companies (HKS, Apexi, Greddy, TOMS, etc.) that produce high end headers and performance exhausts, it is a pretty cheap piece. From what everyone tells me they are accually worth it. Approx. increase is between 8hp - 14hp (that includes a more free flowing cat back system).
