Aftermath problems. HELP!

This is for Tercel 94. With Power Steering. Use to be Automatic now its a Standard with 4E-EFTE EP82

1. There is a loud HSSSSSSSSS on the passenger side of the motor. Now I don't know if that the way it should be.I tried moving my head around the engin, but I can't really pin point it. All I know is only on one side. Could be an Alt belt. What do you think ?

2. With the swap I put in an Air/Fuel gauge. And that thing shows me crazy stuff. The niddle is never steady . It jumping all over. Doese't matter if I am driving or idelling. It goes all over the gauge all the time. I mean it kind of calms down a little bit when I am driving. But over all the car's Air/Fuel is crap. It shouldn't be like that as I saw it in other cars working.

3. After I drive of and come to a stop, a red light. I can hear the engine revving up and down, up and down, up and down. By it self. Firs it does it fast. Then slowly and then just idels.

4. ONE of the biggies. As I was comming from work today I was going 120. And wanted to go fater, but as I gave it more gas. the car jerked some what hard. I didn't pushed harder after that to find out if it will keep jerking or not. I didn't go more then 120. And later today. I was going about 40 and when I gave it gas hard. Again it jerked, but I wasn't even going fast this time. So I stoped. And that revving up and down went really bad. Up and down really fast and then slower and slower and then normal idelling. I also get that ravving up and down thing. When I just start the car it does like 3 time and then idels.

5. I am not sure what the RPM but it sounds like it idels high. There is that adjuster on top of the T-body I turnned it down as far as I could. But it still idels high.

6. Speaking of RPM. My car never came with the Tach in the gauge cluster. So I got the cluster with the Tach in it from the 92 Tercel. I hooked it up, but the tach is the only thing that is not working. Since my car never had Tech in it and never had a Maunual tranny is there some wires I have to change around to make the tach work. Also now as I look at the speedo niddle and go faster it shakes when it moves up. Before it use to go up steady. What I should I chek to make that thing stay calm...

7. This is some thing I am═ not sure about. This swap did not come wtih BO Valave. And I didn't put one yet. But when I shift is makes a noice. Now its not the HSSSSSS noice as you get from the real BO Valave. But rhater fast CHE CHE CHE CHE. Is that normal ? I mean should that stock set up do any kind of noice when gears are shifted.

Thank you for looking over my problems.

Hmm not too sure but sounds like some timing issues you got there and maybe a vaccuum leak. From what you said there thats all i can say.
