Air Condititoning ? What the heck is happening

I have a 1992 Toyota Tercel (autotmatic)

Summer here in Toronto is getting pretty harsh. I ended up picking up a can of frion and putting it into my vehicle with the proper connector (car did accept it) and for approx 2 weeks I had a nice cool vehicle

however now when I turn the ac on it blows cold air. I talked to my dad (mechanic) and he told me that there more then likely is a serious leak in the system

any suggestions here on what i should do to fix / patch up the ac system

i really need the cool air

You will need to find the leak before refilling the system. Sometimes the compressor seal starts leaking, and there are a lot joints in the system. Finding a leak can be a timely task and can require a leak detector. There is also a dye you can put into the system. I suggest you read up on car A/C systems or take the car to a pro.
