Need an AC

Hi guys. I am new here as u can see. I just got toyota tercel 1995 and it doesnt have an ac. It is way too hot in it to be comfortable so i wass thinking about getting an air conditioning system. Is that a good idea or is it gona cost me as much as the car itself? In any case if u guys know any good companies or web sites that offer this service i will gladly take them.
I figured if i am gonna make this car look good id better start from basics such as AC, instead of spending money on paint touch ups and stuff like that.

You may be able to get a local place to add a universal a/c for under $1000 but to get every part needed to put a factory system in would be very costly. On TercelOnline.com you may be able to find someone to swap cars with you that has a/c. Good luck.
