Tercel 43fte engine swap, won't run right

Hello Eveyone, we've been working on a 1992 tercel of ours that were putting the 4efte engine into. We've got the engine in it and it did fire and run (for a few seconds) but we seem to be having a problem with running it. It seems to be dumping fuel, so we checked all the values for all of the sensors and they all checked out fine and they all seem to be working correctly. Also the engine will not idle. Anyways, we double checked all of the wires and I'm pretty sure that we've got everything correct but it just won't run right. The idle control (I would post pictures but apparantly I can't attach anything because I'm a new user?) doesn't seem to have a electrical connector on the wiring harness to hook it up. The idle control on my engine is located near where the coil would mount to the firewall. I've looked all through the harness but I don't seem to have a electrical plug for it anywhere, I'm begining to wonder if something is missing or if someone cut the plug when they removed the engine. Anyone have a picture of what the idle control should look like on one of these engine? By the way, my engine is supposed to have come out of a 1994 JDM starlet (got the engine with the tranny, wiring harness, map sensor and ecu) if that make a difference on anything. The other thing that I'm wondering is if my engine is missing a boost sensor. I tried using a wiring diagram that I found on this forum for doing this swap (my wiring seems to be quite different?) and it shows a connection for a boost sensor and I don't seem to have that sensor but I do have the plug, so I'm wondering if that is also missing. The extra electrical plug that I have looks like it would hook up to something near the duty valve on the left side of the intake manifold (if your looking at the engine from in front of the car). Does anyone know of a boost sensor or something of the like that would go there? If so then I guess I didn't get that part when I bought the engine. If it is missing a boost sensor, would that and the idle control be enough to cause fuel to be dumped into the engine or should I be looking at something else to try to solve that problem? I wish that I could post some pictures to show where these connections are that I'm having problems with but since I can't, if anyone needs to see the pictures then e-mail me and I'll send some pictures. One more question for those that have done this swap, do you use the JDM fusebox or the USDM fusebox? I ended up switching the wires around so that I could keep the USDM fusebox because the JDM one looked more complicated, don't know if that was a good idea or not. Anyways, any help would be appreciated, I'm dying to get this engine running correctly, it sounded so nice when it was running .

Did you wire it up with the 3ee harness?

I used the 4efte harness and the US fusebox.
