Gen1 Door Lock Problems..Help?

Hey Guys,
Ive got a 91 seo and the drivers side door lock (manual) wont lock from the inside anymore. im thinking maybe the bar has fallen off inside on the locking mech. but I dont know how to get the part that rolls down the window off to get the door panel off.. any suggestions?

take the door panel off there should be some screws and there is hidden ones like in the door handle so just watch out for them
