With the right prep. and a wet set-up
25 shot - Colder plugs/ Very Safe
35 shot - Colder plugs/ Still Safe
50 shot - Colder plugs, pull timing, check compression, (new gaskets and seals) occational use, watch fuel to air ratio/ All precautions taken into account and no over indulgence Relatively safe

75 shot- Extensive Tunning is key, all aforementioned precautions, aditional gauges, possible two stage set up. new fuel pump (?). New fuel filters, Bigger exhaust highly recommended. if all this is done, and the engine is healthy a 75 shot is do-able. Again tunning is key.

Colder plugs, new filters, high octane, and retard that timing! and USE A WET KIT on the 3ee! . Your stock fuel pump should be okay... OH BIG recommendation! Run a
Fuel Pressure Safety Switch it will cut the nitrous if the fuel pressure drops
