starlet repair manual EP-82

does anyone know where i can find a complete repair manual for a 1989 EP-82 toyota starlet turbo, engine code (4E-FTE).

I tried to buy one from austrailia or the uk and it seems they weren't sold. Austrailians said they HAD a manual and Toyota japan had it shut down. I have my wiring diagram in the DIY sticky.

im not sure what you meant by DIY sticky

When you open the Tercel, Paseo, Starlet, and Sera section here at ToyotaNation you'll notice some threads are at the top, those are called stickies. One is named DIY(do it yourself) and FAQ(frequently asked question) they hold links to a wealth of information.

I made the diagram from hours of research and chasing wires and other diagrams down. After I drew the diagram and double checked everything twice I took a deep breath and cut my car plugs off the JDM harness. I spent 90 hours or so in research, then took about 2 hours to actually wire it up.89 of those research hours I was in total confusion, the last hour it became simple and understood what I was doing.
The morning I connected everything up I looked at the forums and to my shock was a member saying he had just hooked up a professionally done harness and his ECU went up in smoke. I spent another 2 hours double checking again. After that I took another deep breath and turned the key. Sounded like it spun over 3 turns and fired up. Everything was great and ran beautiful. I still had to get help on hooking up the a/c from DrTweak though.
