cynos turbo help needed

Hey guys..Having a problem with my cynos..Its like this,i done the 4e-fte swap and the complete wiring but the car doesnt boost all that well, the turbo is ok cause i got that checked out and its set to run on hight boost so all is well there,it really doesnt seem like that there is alot of power there..my gauge reads 0.5bar on boost and i can turn it up but the car doesnt seem to want to boost anymore and if i go full with the boost controller,i hit fuel cut..I know there is something wrong but what it is,i just dont know..would plugs..leads or distributor cause the problem...Its really annoying..any ideas guys...Thanks.

What size exhaust pipe are you using and how many cat converters? Do you have a picture of your hoses at the turbo?

I'd check your timing in addition to what GTS said.
