So at High RPM's When I shift into second gear to quickly even with the clutch all the way in, it still grinds going into second. Is this the clutch? If it is the clutch. Then Would a Stage 2 clutch help at all or would a basic generic clutch be the best way to go. The performance isn't much. Air Intake, and A full exhaust system including a header. So I really dont need a stage 2 but can it take more abuse?

If it only does it in second gear (do you have a similar problem when you shift from third to second?), and it only does it when you shift quickly, it is much more likely to be a worn synchromesh in the transmission. Either replace the tranny, or learn how to double-clutch interesting article about double clutching , or else just live with it.
