At about 1500 rpm the engine speed cycles up an down about 150 rpm, with a steady throttle. It is a 3A carb motor with recent electrical tune. I cleaned the EGR valve, new plugs, cap, rotor. Air filter is good, new oil. No obvious vac leaks. Any ideas?
