Tercel 92: trying to install carstarter

Hello,

I just got a 92 tercel last month. I'm real happy with it. I guess you can say its a good car for me.

Since the winter cold months are coming, I want to ask for opinion about installing this on my tercel:

ProStart Remote Starter with Alarm

-----------
Will all the features work on my car?

-Car starter - positive this will work
-alarm - it's good to put an alarm even for an old car like this right?
-keyless entry - pretty sure this won't work.

I just need help in convincing myself to buy this. I want to know if it would be worth it for people who bought it if any.

Thank you for anybody who responds.

Edit: sorry for the double thread. mistake on my end

If you have a manual I wouldn't put a remote starter on the car. It will work, I had one on my car, but it's asking for trouble.

And with a simple $30 power lock kit you can use the remote lock features.
