more power for the starlet

Trying to add some horse power to a 95 starlet motor. Have a front mount inter cooler. Thinking of a combination of an engine management systems or lower gear ratios from trd. The new gear set is expensive and to tell the truth Im not even sure where to ask for it, the trd sight only gives the description. yea, the ECU can help as it always will with a turbo. i would probably look into upgrading the internals a little bit, and then go for a bigger turbo. the only thing you'll lose out on is the lag you'll get from the spool of a bigger turbo.
