dash lights wont come on

ive checked all of the fuses in the car but the dash lights wont come on. so what do i do? i just put a radio in my car. could any of these wires be causing the problem i had two left over. any help would be appriaciated thanks

Dash or radio light? The wires going to the radio should not effect the gauge lights unless they are shorted.

Check all the fuses, sometimes the gauge lights are on the Stop fuse. Radio is typically on the Dome and Cig/Radio fuses or Radio 1, Radio 2 fuse. Dome is for the radio memory, Cig/Radio for radio power.
