There's no kit for something like that. Especially not for a Tercel. But if you really wanted to do it, probably your only choice would be to order a Tercel front clip from the UK or Jap or Aus or any other place that drives on the wrong side of the road. Then you'd have all the parts you need, and it'd just be a matter of swapping them over.
after I get my 3SGTE swapped in, I may also look for a "Corsa" front clip. I already have the Corsa light package, grill & emblems
The 3SGTE swap is looking like I may use parts from 4 types of toyotas; MR2, Celica, Corolla, and maybe a Lexus
Having lived in the UK, I can confirm you that if not impossible then it would be VERY difficult and anyone would advise you not to do this. I know that in some South American countries they used to do it on very cheap cars, leaving dash boards like they were, which was pretty annoying ;-)
By doing this you will also have to change many more stuf than you think : mirrors for instance will need to be changed (the angle is not the same and whatever you do you will not be able to use them if they're not coming from a rhd>try to noramally use your mirrors sitting on the passenger side >impossible, you'll also have to get many, many other things that you will need to buy either in the UK, Australia or Japan...
