Car start to Misfire after it gets warmed up especially at high rpm

hey guys
up until a week ago my EP-82 was running great but one night when coming home from school it startd misfiring around 3000 Rpm. Every time i would give it gas it would hessitate and misfire more, throttle response was terrible. The next day it ran fine up until it got warmed up and again when i accelerated it studderd and misfired once again. I changed the distributor cap and rotor but still nothinge helped the problem. if its not the distributor then what else could it be? Map Sensor, Egr valve, injectors, fuel pressure regulator.
any info would help
thanks cristian

The last time I had that problem it was an injector harness. The time before that it was the water temp sensor. There are so many problems caused by so many different things. I would start with fuel and continue the path of checking your spark.

ok cool soo check the fuel rail enjectors etc,
i already had a diagnostic done on my car and is said that the reason for the misifre r and studder wasnt spark related, the spark plugsd are a little white at the tip whcih means im runninng a little to lean. However the problem realy started at once it didnt gradually get worse like when when u have tio change your spark plugs. Should i check any of my emissions sensors at all.
thanks

I don't think the Starlet had emissions sensors. I would start with the injectors and maybe the fuel filter.
