Thumbs up What Parts do i need to do a Tune up on 5EFE 99 Tercel?

What parts do i need to do a tune up? I have figured that there is no distributor cap is this car. So far i know i need 4-spark plugs, and 4 spark wires (NGK). Let me know of all other parts.. Thanks

One of those extendo-magnets might come in handy, unless you have the sockets with rubber spark plug holders in the back. Usually $1 or so in the checkout line impulse items at the parts store.

I wouldn't even bother with wires. Just get spark plugs, possibly a fuel filter (if you have a lot of miles on it), and timing belt if its due. Thats about it. Run some fuel injector cleaner through it too while your at it.

I use normal copper plugs. The fancy and expensive plugs don't improve mileage from any comparisons I've ever seen. They do increase plug life though. Coppers last long enough for me.
