3ee to 5efe swap - Transmission question

I have a 3spd - 3ee powered 92 Tercel and my motor finally puked. I will be doing the 5efe swap. I have researched and found all sorts of good stuff about the engine swap, however since I am doing this and sick of the 3spd on the highway, I am thinking of swapping out a 4spd auto as well. I found a JDM 5efe w/ecu and 4spd auto tranny from a 93 Paseo for a reasonable amount. Will the tranny bolt right in? I will be getting ecu, so that won't be an issue, I just don't want any nasty suprises when I try this.

By the way, I have spent the past 2 days looking over this site and others for info and only posted here, since this looks like the best board around

Thanks!

Cool, thank you!!

What will I need to do with the pedals? I am going from Auto to Auto, so I didn't think I would have to do anything.
