egr and manifold have two holes. New gasket only has one?!?

Ok So your read right. Only one part comes up when I order the agr valve gasket for my 92 with the 3ee. My egr valve has two holes where it mounts to the intake yet so does my intake itself. However, the new gasket I ordered only has 1?!? This IS a california car, I should note that. The old gasket that is on the car is a VERY thin sheet metal almost. The one hole the new gaster has doesn't even lign up period either. What is the issue here? I am seriously leaning to replacing either the EGR valve or my TPS so let me know what you guys think as I am still running rich/lean. Thanks.
