As long as you have a decent selection of hand tools, a jack, jackstands, pry bar, etc. you should be good. 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm, 19mm sockets and wrenches are the primary tools. There might be like 1 22mm (drivers tranny mount) and I use the 24mm on the lugnuts (I think they are SAE, but I already have the metric stuff out). The one 'specialty' tool that I can think of is a 30mm or 1 3/16" or 1 1/4" socket for the axle nuts.
Replacing the clutch itself once you get the trans out of the way does not require any specialty tools. You should prolly loctite the pressure plate bolts.
