spark plug hole repair

I tried to change all the spark plugs on a '96 Tercel and the third plug came out with a threaded insert stuck to it. I couldn't remove the insert so I put the old plug back in. I need one of these inserts. It looks like a former owner did a repair on this plug hole. Where can I get an insert like this? I asked at the local Advenced Auto parts with no luck. Thanks!!

usually it is a heli-coil kit you need to buy.

I found a repair kit with the heli-coil in it at Harbor Freight of all places. However it costs $22.

If you get away with repairing it for $22 you'll be lucky. Getting that thing back in there isn't going to be cake with the head still installed.
