1997 tercel misfire codes?

my uncles car has random misfire codes p0300, 301, 302, 303.. i changed pluges and wires.. also tried swapping coil and same thing happens no difference.. plugs and wires are from toyota.. what the next thing to look at? egr? is there and egr on these years? seeems to be something effecting all cylinders.. also seems to idle bad when cold but when warm seems to be fine.. when slowing down also it seeem sto idle bad and want to stall until you give it some throttle/ gas then goes smooth agian..

Yeah, but it still has an igniter. Ignore the green/white text. This is it, right above the brake booster.
