4a-GE throttle body on 5e FTE

I am in the process of converting my 4e FTe into a 5e FTE.
My mechanic has an idea to bolt a throttle body from a silver top 4a GE onto the head of the 5e.
Has anyone ever done anything like this?
Is this really practical?
If so what has to be done and what good will it do to the engine?

If I remember right, the silvertop uses ITBs. You will need to make a custom adapter, and upgrade the side feed injectors. ALso, you will need to make an enclosed airbox since your keeping the turbo. The stock airbox cannot hold much boost. Hook up a vacuum distribution block to all the runners, syncronize the left and right batch of throttles, run custom fuel and fuel return lines for the side feed fuel rail. Oh and make sure the ITB adapter has provisions for the injectors. I believe the the silvertop injectors bolts to the head. ANd then your done!
