Question 5efe-coolant line to throttle body question

The 5efe I just bought has all the wiring and hoses hacked off. On the 3ee there is a small water line that runs from the inlet/thermostat housing up to the throttle body. I want to use the 3ee throttle body but I don't know where the little water line from the throttle body goes into the cooling system. It doesn't hook into the water inlet. Where do I run the line?

The 4 ports underneath the throttle body the 2 closer to the engine are air ports the other 2 are water ports it goes on the inlet water port on the throttle body.
Witch on is the inlet port? You ask, the port that is a the front of the throttle body is the inlet the one right behind that is the outlet.
