blow back coming out of radiator 96 tercel

i have a 96 tercel i have replaced the head gasket and i'm still having blow back coming out of the radiator , i fi start the car with the radiator cap off it throws water back out, water is circulating thru out the system but the radiator gets boiling hot and water won't stay in there, i have taken out the thermonstat and it still happens, i have flush the radiator several times but it still happens, anyone have any suggestion or this problems before.

I had that problem in my Paseo. I replaced the thermostat and it was fixed. Not only that, but the engine ran almost 30 degrees cooler after that!
