Canada 1999 Tercel Thermostat Housing Bolt Broken

I have a 1999 Toyota Tercel, Manual Trans, 1.8 car. I was replacing my thermostat and the lower bolt/stud broke while trying to remove the thermostat housing. I have not run into this before. Can I ask if this bolt is something you can replace? Im wondering if it is part of the water pump or if I can purchase the bolt and heat the old one out. Im not sure if it is threaded all the way in. Any help would again be much appreciated.

Thank you

The threaded stud is removable. Order replacements from the dealer along with new nuts. Hopefully, you have enough of the old stud left to grab onto. Use a pair of vise grips to remove the old stud.

I wanted to post a quick thank you again for the assistance from this forum... I was able to order the stud and nut from my local Toyota dealership for under $4.. In case anyone runs into this - the part numbers are as follows:
Nut - 90179-06106 & Stud 92122-60616..
After removing the air intake and and the thermostat housing... I sprayed the stud with WD40 and left it overnight .... a minute with a torch and the stud came off with no issues using a vise grip...
Thank you again
