cluster change

I have heard some bad things on changing the tercel cluster with the paseo cluster with the tach. My car is the 1994 tercel and the cluster from the paseo is the same year but it has the over drive light on the tach side, my car does not have overdrive. Will this gauge work for me? I will need to change the speedometer gauge too since my car has 31k miles on it and this one has 185k on it or can I just roll the milage back to my correct miles? Please chime in all who have done this and let me know if I will have problems, thanks.

Should be fine.... for the speedo, just thenge the drive mechanisims, super easy.

Take apart cluster, pull off needles, switch the faces, reinstlaa needles, put cluster back together
