Don't see anything out of the ordinary. Black crud behind flywheel may be from leaking rear main seal. Carbon buildup on the valves and combustion chamber seems normal. Minor sludge buildup on the block near the crankshaft. Why did you tear it down? I thought you said it was running. What are your plans for the motor? Keep in mind now that you've removed the head, you should send it to a machine shop to get checked for warpage and flatness.

The whole car was purchased as sorta blind buy, I never even saw it for a while, my relative got it for me.

We removed Engine cuz timing belt didnt have a cover at all, and was covered with OIL. I heard thats realy bad.

After engine was removed i discoved parts missing or brocken, like timing belt cover, harmonic balancer was busted, bearings on timing belt pulleys were damaged.
I also noticed lots of oil above the Oil Filter. What could that have been? It
was the seal, it has a lot of burned OIL. Apparently previos owner or whoever reparied it, tried to remove head and striped 2 Screws. Then they closed the head back up and sold the car. We removed one screw and cut another with Dremmel, because the Screw remover nail thingey BROKE inside, so it could not be drilled. Gasket below is what they probably wanted to change was leaking obviosly it had oil all over inside the gasket.
Oil pan didnt even have a gasket, they used Liquid gasket, which seemed realy badly done, Especialy around the CLUTCH.

Full gasket set was only like 40$ with free shiping from ebay. So i figured why not redo gaskets and get a look inside. If the gasket set is like it says it will have the round seals for the crankshaft and such, i will try to replace those too. I never been inside the engine that far before :P

I has no money for machene shop right now, maybe next build. I just need a reliable car for college, after reading here offcourse i wanna do Turbo swap but not right now

Thanks for youre input dude, I realy appreciate it. I shall check out those seals.

Cool. Tear it down and replace all seals is a good place to start and learn about the motor. So far, your taking the right approach to build it into a reliable DD. Just a few reminders. The oil pan is sealed with FIPG. The dealer does not offer a gasket for it. You can find a cork gasket aftermarket but I find them to be a PITA to remove. The cork sticks to the mating surfaces quite well. Enough so that its hard to completely clean without much scraping and brass brushing. FIPG comes of 10x easier. Having the proper size bead is the key to a nice clean seal. Please, please, please take the head to a machine shop before re-assembly. You may regret having to tear it down a second time. The service is not that expensive. Especially if its just a check and no machining is needed. Worst case scenario is that the head could crack after or during re-assembly if its warped. It must be perfectly flat to ensure a proper seal. Good luck.
