I have a exhaust gasket leak, smoke comes out but the car drove fine without it before.
Vibration is NOT a misfire, all cylinders work fine.
Its seems to be not from the CLUTCH or TRANSMISSION 4 speed manual
Right after engine start, car sounds ok, and has a low vibration, if the RPM increased vibration increases. once RPM hits medium to high - vibration goes away car sounds normal?
Is that just the fucking gasket or what? What do u think?
Thanks again for views and replies!

Yes motor mounts are stirdy and nice, i removed and reinstaled engine myself, it should be secured properly, mechanic also yanked on the engine, it dose not move in its spot
I still have vibration, i cannot shift properly since i cannot hear the damn engine, all i hear is constant vibration, it does not seem to increase much, just a bit, and when RPM gets high it dissapears
Hewp

That sounds like a serious exhaust leak. I saw a big tuft of white smoke come from the area around the oil filter and exhaust manifold in the video of the engine compartment. If you've got an exhaust leak on the manifold itself or the O-ring where the exhaust pipe connects (or anywhere near the engine), it will be really loud and make the metal shielding that surrounds the manifold and exhaust pipe rattle. If the exhaust leak hits the right tone, it will make the entire car vibrate like a tuning fork.
I had a stripped O2 sensor hole in my previous car, an 87 subaru station wagon. It sounded just like that inside the car and the whole car would vibrate at a certain RPM range during acceleration, then level out to just being exhaust noise.
Your second video sounds like either header shield or exhaust shielding underneath near the cat. U still got a leak at the header though. Props for getting that motor running good. Sounds a milllion times better than before.

I'm not sure if it's present on your year of tercel, but my '89 has a pair of bolts that hold the exhaust pipe in place just above the oil pan, below the exhaust manifold. If those didn't get put back in on yours it may be rattling there also.
Problem fixed! The engine mounts were loose You guys were totally right! I just could not see the bottom one
I also took of the exhaust manifold, one of the interior screws threading is gone, but the rest are ok. The gasket is competly dirty with grime, i washed it and the manifold with Stove cleaner and gas.
Then I applied almost whole of exhaust system sealant tube to both manifold, gaskets and the downpipe next to the oilpan. This stuff is quite eazy to use its sorta like toothpaste. Be sure to wear gloves! I know it wont last forever, but i hope it will solve the problem at least temporarly till i can get a new exhaust pipe. Its preaty sturdy but quite rusty.
Thanks a lot guys!
