Alternator probs(Maybe)...92 paseo

I'm at the breaking point with my Paseo. In the last 6 months its eaten 4 alternators 2 batteries, and a whole lot of my time. I have been researching causes for these problems to no avail. I have changed the 100a fuse, checked the fusible links, cleaned terminals, replaced battery terminals , and yet still nothing.

Today i put the 4th alternator on, and went to work (Pizza Hut Delivery Driver). For the first 4 hours it ran great with none of the "alternator" problems i have been recently having. It began acting funny when i switched my lighton so i pulled into autozone and had both my New alternator and battery tested both came back Good. On the way back to the store, the brake/battery lights both came on, but would go off immediatly after i turned my lights off. When i came back out of the store 5 minutes to go on another delivery car would not start.

I/m to the point that i wanna piss on this car and light it on fire. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. the only thing that has not been replaced is the actual battery cables, and the starter.

Let's start with basics. This is what I do for a living but we'll need some readings that require special equipment. Let's start with the battery. What brand is it, how old and does it look wet on top or corroded posts and terminals? Do you have grounds going to transmission and body? And at the alternator is the main terminal snug? Is the plug broken? Is the belt tight enough?
Answer these and we'll be getting it fixed soon.

Battery is duralast gold series. It's brand new. No corrosion or wetness. The ground to the body is good. I can't seem to find the ground to the transmission. As for the alternator the plug is snug, belts tight and there is no visible sign of damage to either plugs.

Are you hooking up your pizza delivery light up to the battery with the small alligator clip connectors? I did that once when I delivered pizza and it would cause my lights to dim whenever I hit a bump. It turned out that the positive clip was shorting on something.

I used to use them but recently with my alt problems I haven't been using them. I thought that was the problem the first time my alt went bad. The fuses in those adapters never lasted long in my car.

There should be a large wire straight from neg terminal of battery that goes straight down and bolts to transmission at motor mount area. If this wire isn't in place it may be your main problem.

No load idling should be 13.8 - 14.4 and around 10 amps output. Loaded and revved up it should make around 80 amps at 13.5 volts.
