Electrical problem on 1998 Tercel CE

The dome light, radio, dashboard clock and the "you've left the keys in ignition / headlights on" beep have stopped working in my dear '98 Tercelerator.

At first I thought it was a fuse but I replaced the fuse for the radio and the radio still didn't work, and the old fuse worked in the taillights fuse socket (both fuses are 15A).

Also, the cigarette lighter, on the same fuse as the radio, still heats up when I push it in.

So now I think it is probably a relay. Does anyone know which relay I need to replace (or if something else is the problem?)
