Read the engine swap sticky thread as it covers all the options and what's required for each.
Common Engine Swap Guide

For a quick low budget swap look at a first gen 5efe from a Paseo and it's 5speed. Drops right in and uses your wiring.

I found a Corolla in a yunk yard but not sure what year corolla
(maybe 92-94...etc )

1) Can anyone tell me what E-type motor this is?
2) Will this motor work directly in my 94 Tercel as a swap?

Corolla have A block. Read the stickies for what that requires. Check http://car-part.com if you don't have many salvage yards nearby.

Sounds like you need an Italian tune up! Give it a good hard run then change the oil. This problem can occur if you do a lot of low miles especially in winter. I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
