I'm not sure what letters mean, but if you check here it shows it as 'H'

H is for High, as in High Offset (which I think was 42 to 45MM in this case but really not sure). Then there's Medium, and Low. They correspond to a range, in millimeters, but can't remember those ranges right now. I read up on it a few months back so if you're really bored, you can spend some time Googling those ranges.
