I have access to Alldata and Mitchel onDemand, which are two big selling car repair software and I could not find specific procedures for a coolant flush.
You will need : 2.6 liters of water and 2.6 liters of coolant (ethylene-glycol).
The best way to flush your coolant is to remove the water outlet hose (the bottommost hose from the thermostat housing) from the thermostat (remove the radiator cap to help gain back pressure), wait for the coolant to drain and then reconnect the hose.
Put 1:1 water/coolant solution in the radiator until it overflows, start the engine leave the radiator cap off, turn your heater to MAX and temperature on HOT, and continue adding coolant. When the coolant overflows again, put the radiator cap on and wait for the radiator fan to start and then stop the car.
Let the car sit for 10 minutes, remove the radiator cap carefully and add coolant until the radiator overflows. put the radiator cap back on and fill the overflow reservoir to the right level.
Now test drive your car and check if the engine temperature is at the right spot.
