Sagging door

Hey guys my 93 has a sagging driver's door. Was like that when I got it then a couple months ago the wind caught it while I was getting out and now it's so bad I have to lift it while shutting it to avoid banging the door jamb in.

I tried jacking the door up and tightening the bolts on the hinges but had no luck. What are my other options? Do I need new hinges?

Any help is appreciated as this is rather annoying.
Thanks!

My 95 has started doing the same thing. From what I have noticed, there are little round spacers that are between the bolt and hinge assembly, and one of them is broken off, allowing the door to move up and down slightly. I have not come up with a solution as of yet, but I will continue watching this thread in hopes that someone already has.

Typically the fix for this is replacing hinges.
