Question 1997 Tercel headlights for 96 car?

Do the 97-98 Tercel headlights fit in a 96 Tercel?

Reason I ask is, the 9004-based lights on the 96 are terrible.. and the 97+ use H4 bulbs..

They do. However, they are more "round" on the inside part, towards the grill.

So, for it to look good you'd also have to change the grill.

Correct, you'll need the grill as well.

also if you currently has the 9004 bulbs, and r swapping to the h4 head lights, then u need to get the h4 bulbs, so then u would need to rewire it to work i had the same problem with my 95 tercel. i got a set of the 97 blackhawk headlights, and they wouldnt work, so i returned them
