Timing/Plug Gap

Hello All

About to do the remainder of a once over on the Tercel. I alrady did PCV, Air/fuel filter, fixed an exhaust leak, new front struts. The shop told me they did oil, Frig it, I'm doing it again. Going to get some plugs as well. When I do the plugs I was thinking about bumping the timing. Anybody know how much timing advance(if any) is good for these cars and what the plugs should be gapped at with advanced timing? Or stock gap would help as well, I can work off this.

Thanks MUCH!
Mike

There is no reason to advance the timing on a basicly stock Tercel. The gap is 1.1 mm or 0.043 in.
