Looking for an engine for 95 Tercel

My mom's 95 Tercel with 190k has a shot head and leaks all over the place. I am wondering if anyone knows any good places to find a used 95 up used Tercel motor, preferably around the Washington DC metro area, or if anyone has a used motor with less than 100k on it for sale. All the regular places such as salvage yards don't seem to have any of them. I am thinking of repl her whole motor with a lower milage one rather than taking the head off myself and having the head rebuilt and replacing all the seals.
