Trecel Rear Disk brake mod?

Has anybody put disk brakes on the Tercel rear end? I saw some Japan market Starlet disk brakes on e-bay a few weeks ago, and they were advertised as being able to fit the Tercel and Paseo. Any info on these? What pads available in the US to fit those?

I just checked out that link Airswoosh1. Thanks a lot. It is a very excelent "How - to".
I know that rear disk pads don't wear that fast, but will I have to order pads from Japan when I need to replace them? That is my concern. I was wondering if the early '90's Corolla SR5 or GTS would work. Something that is available in the US.

The Corolla GTS route has been well explored and they just don't work for a Terc unfortunately. The tercel has the hub built into the rotor whereas the others have a seperate hub and rotor. You will have to buy your pads from either Japan, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
