Allow me to add, I have not had anything changed, still same timing belt (It has one right?) and same water pump...

Only thing I've done to the car is had the oil changed every 3000 miles or so and had the radiator flushed...oh and the tires changed out twice

Timing belt sure, prolly around 60 000 miles,

your engine must be nice after all those oil changes

do that and the water pump is worth doing even though its external. you wanna think about new drum brakes too.

Rear wheel bearings, the ones for the brakes and the axle itself. Toyota recommends it done around 100K. Lube the chassis and check your bushings. Also check your upper shock and strut mounts.
