i agree with thoughthard....look for that wire...the yellow constant battery 12v.
if you find no power...i guess...just try to follow the wire to where it 's not hooked and fix it there. If not it's as simple as finding another constant source of power.

yes, and that's why you should see if does have power by testing it

Blue with yellow stripe should be the constant 12v...check the fuse if there's no power coming from that wire. If you have a voltmeter, try to test that wire using a metal part of the car as a ground, or use a DC test light or something.
run a hot wire strait from the battery with the proper fuse and connect the main 12v source and the memory power to just don't leave it on when you get out
it's a 3-wire power supply to the head unit rught?
one to a constant 12V supply, one to ur accessory switch and one to ground?
nothing wrong with running a (fused of course) hot wire from ur battery's +ve pole and hooking up the other two wires as normal....just use as little wire as possible between the battery pole and the fuse
First of all, we need to determine if your trouble is with the Toyota wires or the radio wires. We need to do that first before we tell him a color to look for. If you start throwing colors out there without that info you will confuse the poor guy. Tell us if you need help on the car side or radio side and then we can help from there.
